There may not be any free rehab centers but you can try Narcotics Anonymous. If not in the phone book you can contact them online. AA saved by drunken butt 25 years ago.

Did you try a transitional living center? Those are the only ones that will be free. Everything else will require either require medical insurance or Dr. Phil to reduce the cost.
