Larry King interviews Tom Kramer on Chabad Telethon 2010 – via: www.facebook.com Producer/Writer/Director Tom Kramer talks with Larry King on the 30th annual Chabad Telethon, about his meteoric rise in Hollywood and his subsequent drug addiction and near suicide. Tom wrote and directed on Friday’s with Larry David and Michael Kramer, was head writer for 135 episodes of Candid Camera and won numerous awards. Despite phenomenal success, Tom battled depression and alcoholism. After being in and out of many rehab centers, Tom finally found the Chabad Residential Treatment Center and got a new lease on life. After graduating from Chabad, Tom went on to direct one of the funniest episodes of Curb Your Enthusiasm. The Chabad Residential Treatment Center, located in the heart of Los Angeles has one of the highest recovery rates in the world. Since being founded by Rabbi Boruch Shlomo Cunin in 1972, thousands of men from every imaginable background have successfully received treatment at the Center.
