Question by dixiegurl8993: Is it true that a chihuahua can get rid of asthma?
I had very bad asthma when i was a kid.My mom heard from our vet that it is physological but if it works it works.Now I don’t have any.Is this true?

chihuahuas aren’t heavy shedders, but they do shed just a little. i believe they’re considered hypoallergenic (which means they shed a little or hardly at all and therefore don’t contribute to allergies), so your asthma may get better with a chihuahua as opposed to having a big dog that sheds a lot. but if you don’t have a dog at all, your asthma will probably be just as good if you don’t have a chihuahua.
