Dr. Cheryl L. Clark is the Director of Shock Incarceration and the WIllard Drug Treatment Campus (DTC) for the New York State Department of Correctional Services (DOCS). Clark earned a Ph.D. in the School of Health and Human Services at Columbia Commonwealth University. A Willard drug defendant was sentenced to prison this week after violating his probation. Justin A. Morgan, 26, of 12 Welton Ave., was sentenced to 15 months in prison. He declined to speak on his own behalf Monday in Huron County Common Pleas Court.
