my mother lives in odessa tx she is on probation and failed a u/a her p.o askd her to agree to signing a paper agreeing to 6 months prison and if she didnt theyd revoke her neway well my moms on disability for being incompenent and unable to learn shes also skitzo bi polar depressed and on meth the drug …is there any trade rehab instead of prison or ? im twenty years old and raising my five year old son im kinda lost and unsure

She can ask for drug rehab instead of prison and the judge will probably grant it, if she fails to complete it she will probably do more time than 6 months.~
