Sheriff Frank McKeithen announces the arrest of six illegal aliens as a result of a joint warrants investigation by the BCSO Warrants Division and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The operation was conducted this morning in the area of 19th St and Mound Avenue in Panama City. The investigation was initiated as a result of outstanding warrants on multiple persons listing this address.
The following subjects were arrested as a result of this operation:
1. Jose Alberto CHIRINOS-Contreras; dob 12/31/1970; Citizen and National of Honduras
Federal Charge: Criminal Re-entry After Deportation (Our Unit deported subject in 2007)
2. Fausto MESA-Cuevas; dob 09/06/1987; Citizen and National of Mexico
State Charges: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information; Possession of Cocaine;
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
3. Alfredo LUGO-Martinez; dob 12/10/1964; Citizen and National of Mexico
State Charge: Crininal Use of Personal Identification Information
4. Waldy Rafael Anael MURILLO-Valaseos; dob 02/08/1989; Citizen and National of
Honduras
State Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
5. Mynar MORALES-Morales; dob 02/20/1973; Citizen and National of Guatemala
State Charge: Criminal Use of Personal Identification Information
6. Sergio PACHECO-Claros; dob 12/12/1971; Citizen and National of Honduras
Federal Charge: Illegal Alien Present in the United States Without Inspection (EWI)
